The test is performed through the tools provided by Intel Corporation. Thereafter we send them a coded file which is read by Intel and then they issue us the certificate. Staffing – Staffing takes care of complete online recruitments wherein you can search, shortlist, interview and finally select the appropriate candidate. You can do the necessary man power planning and budgeting for the organization. Conversion of the selected candidate into an employee can be done easily. Recruitments from different sources can be performed and similarly online tests can be conducted. In short, this module fastens the candidate selection process.

HRIS – Helps you to get rid of all types of paper work required to store employee information, to generate offer letters, appointment letters, etc. Almost all employee information such as personal, official, salary, qualifications, skills, job experience/s, etc. can be stored in the software. Employee Search Engine is very comprehensive wherein you can search for employees based on any required criteria. Generate organization charts, reporting charts, upload employee related important documents, and perform exit interviews as per the requirements in very few steps thereby helping you focus on your core activities.

Attendance and Time Sheet – This module can be mapped to any type of attendance method followed by the organization such as biometric system, swipe card system or daily register system as applicable. Payroll – Comprehensive payroll module with the provision of creating multiple pay heads that are formula driven. Easy and quick payroll processing saving a lot of time that is spent on processing through excel sheets. Other processes like generating and mailing salary slips, generating various other reports like PF, ESIC, Tax, Salary Details, etc., performing full and final settlement process, loans/advances, pay review process and many other activities can be done easily.

Appraisal – 180 degree or 360 degree appraisals can be performed using this module. Competency Development method, KRA method and/or Balance Score card method settings are available which can be used for performing appraisals in the company.

Training – Schedule training programs, nominate employees to them and take training program feedbacks as well as trainee feedbacks through this module. Also generate reports in relation to training programs as and when required.

Asset and Helpdesk Management – HR can keep a track of the assets that are allotted to the employees and also employees can put forward any complaints such as non – functioning of their computer; crashing of hard disk, etc. to the concerned people whenever required.
